She's the go-to person for handling computer security incidents, and she's thrilled with every new piece of the puzzle. To catch some shut-eye, she collaborates with institutions to amp up their IT security game. The goal? Make sure incidents don't happen in the first place, and if they do, they're sorted out smoothly without all the drama.
