The OpenCSIRT Foundation is seeking sponsorships for its joint conference on cyber security and incident management the week of 26 February to 1 March 2024, celebrating 30 years of international collaboration of European cyber security and incident management teams within a truly global community of trusted practitioners. Interested organizations should act quickly to ensure their sponsorship participation.

Well-attended and well-received, past conferences on this topic have attracted over 1,000 delegates from over 85 countries. Sponsorship opportunities are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. These sponsorships provide a unique opportunity to showcase your organization's commitment to respond to cyber security incidents by working together and help to better support the Global and European community by informing highly influential experts and influencers of cyber security incident management and decision makers.

The Social Dinner is an opportunity for conference attendees to celebrate the success of the global and European communities with colleagues for a fun night of dinner in a scenic setting outside in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife.

It has been a good tradition to meet the evening before the conferences to catch up with colleagues and start new conversions.

Since the addition of the vendor evening sponsorship opportunity all attendees are invited to join for an early evening of drinks and finger food in the vendor booth area. This provides for a unique opportunity to catch up on newest products and services as well as to discuss the pros and cons of it with vendor representatives and colleagues.

This sponsorship makes Wifi service available to all conference attendees. The sponsor may distribute flyer with login code from exhibit space in addition to the benefits shown in above table.

Based on experiences attendees like to wear the conference polo shirt. If you want your company logo to be shown around the event and among the community, this is probably an attractive opportunity.

This memorable opportunity places your company’s logo next to the name of the conference and each attendee. Includes the opportunity to provide company-branded lanyards.

All exhibitors – this included in all primary sponsorship levels (beside Bronze) – are asked to keep their setups simple and limited to popup style displays. We do not allow for any type of build-out model. Instead, the following setup is included:

• 2.5m × 3m open space
• table (1) and chairs (2)
• waste basket (1)
• Internet via Wifi
• Power strip (1)

Move-in for exhibitors is tentatively scheduled for Monday, 26 February 2024 with exhibits running Tuesday-Thursday, 27—29 February 2024. We will provide contacts for services such as audio / visual, furniture rental, and print services.

Exhibit space for self-select sponsors (Diamond, Platin, Gold, and Silver) is allocated on a sponsorship level, first-come, first-served basis. All other exhibit space is assigned by random choice by us. We reserve the right to finalize exhibit assignments.
