Karlis Svilans

Kārlis Svilans is a member of CERT.LV since 2020. He is a member of the Incident Response team, as well as an active of the threat hunter, having taken part in multiple threat hunting operations to this date.

Kārlis is part of the CERT.LV CyberChess conference planning committee and has represented CERT.LV in several international events, among those: MeliCERTes Conference, NATO CCDCoE Crossed Swords 2022, the 35th annual FIRST conference and others.

An Australia born Latvian, Kārlis graduated with a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2020.
