
Milan Sekuloski
Milan Sekuloski works as Senior Cybersecurity Expert at the e-Governance Academy. Milan has 20 years of experience in project management, community building, research, and advisory in various fields of cybersecurity. He is an established leader and facilitator of regional, national and public-private sector dialogues on cybersecurity governance and capacity building.
Before joining eGA, Milan worked as Senior Technical Adviser on USAID Critical Infrastructure Digitalization and Resilience program (CIDR) with DAI, supporting activities implemented in the Western Balkans, Black Sea, and South Caucuses regions. For more than a decade, Milan worked with DCAF, where he helped establish a cybersecurity program in the Western Balkans.
He is a founding member of the first cybersecurity public-private cooperation platform in Serbia, the Cybersecurity Network Foundation (formerly known as ‘Petnica Group’). In 2020, Milan became the first Liaison Member of FIRST (global Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams) from the Western Balkans.
He was a Western Balkans Chevening Cybersecurity Fellow in 2020 and holds MA in European Parliamentary Studies from the University of Leeds, UK.
